Dr. Lauria is an environmental & social consultant with over 20 years’ experience. She specializes in the strategic development of environmental teams and the delivery of social license, impact assessments, permits and approvals, and monitoring programs. She has extensive experience in structuring and managing large Environmental, Social and Health Impact Assessment (ESHIA) teams for industrial sectors in offshore, onshore, and remote locations. Dr. Lauria has provided strategic planning advice to clients both locally in Canada and globally in support of their permitting and approvals planning.
Dr. Lauria has led teams across the globe to collaborate and deliver successful project outcomes. She has managed resource forecasts, established budgets, tracked progress and brought teams together. She has identified strategic areas for growth and established plans to enable success. She has been embedded in the WorleyParsons/Advisian Global E&S network and has been able to learn and share lessons from around the world. She has specific experience working under international (World Bank, IFC, Equator Principles), national and provincial regulations. She is an experienced facilitator, has conducted environmental training programs and been a guest University lecturer.
